Part of a special exhibition at Light + Building

The residual current protection expert Doepke receives the Design Plus Award powered by Light + Building for its new product e.Guard. As a result, the Doepke e.Guard will not only be on show at the Doepke stand at the Light + Building trade fair, it will also be featured in a special exhibition. The Design Plus prize is a seal of approval for products that stand out due to sustainability, innovative design and energy-efficient technology.

“Doepke e.Guard is a flexible, modular system comprising aesthetic hardware and clearly structured software components that achieves predictive maintenance in electrical installations using intelligent residual current monitoring. Using AI methods means that changes can be identified at an early stage and future system behaviour predicted. This advance information enables early, planned intervention and therefore sustainable, resource-conserving maintenance of electrical installations.”

This concept allowed Doepke to win over the highly qualified expert jury, who assessed the submitted products based on design, i.e. the quality of the design, choice of materials and usability, as well as ecology, in particular energy efficiency, sustainability in terms of resource use, service life and technology, i.e. innovation, function, technical quality and integration capacity.

Doepke will be presenting its innovative e.Guard to the public for the first time at the international Light + Building trade fair from 2 to 6 October. The residual current protection expert will be at stand A 3 in hall 12 of the trade fair in Frankfurt.
